What you need to give us. Your logo, photographs, the wording you want and your price list. The delivery clock starts the day that content is complete, and it pauses while we are waiting on you. If you do not have the content, our Logo & brand kit and Social media pack add-ons cover it.

What your monthly fee covers, and what WhatsApp charges on top. The fee covers hosting, the AI, and unlimited replies to customers who message you first, because WhatsApp does not charge for those. Messages your business starts are billed by WhatsApp per message and passed on at cost, with no markup: roughly ₦20 for a booking reminder or receipt, and roughly ₦101 for a promotional broadcast. We agree a monthly ceiling with you before switching anything on, and the message count comes with every invoice.
The fee also includes up to 1,000 AI conversations a month; beyond that we agree a higher tier in writing rather than surprising you on a bill. The Website AI Chatbot carries no WhatsApp charges at all, since it runs on your own site.

One line of scope, one price, one date. Anything past that line is an extra, quoted in writing before we start it, so nothing on your invoice is ever a surprise.
We are not starting from a blank page. Every product on our price list is running somewhere in production today, which is why three weeks is enough where a studio quotes six.
One round of changes is included at each stage. Every system ships with the admin screens your own team uses daily, so you are never waiting on us to change a price or add a room.
Hosting, backups, patching and support. The systems in our portfolio are ones we operate today, not ones we handed over and forgot.
